Terms & conditions:
- Program applies to Temptation Cancun Resort, Desire Riviera Maya Resort and Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort.
- Discounts and benefits start applying from the first booking made after registering on the program.
- Only the value of the room is accumulable on each reservation. No additional services purchased along with the reservation will be added to your Stay & Play balance.
- Program applies for room only reservations, not for hotel + flight packages.
- Accumulated reservations are valid for 2 years.
- Each level is valid for 2 years. If you do not remain active during those 2 years, you will return to the previous level, at which point the amount accumulated will remain the same; however, you will have to make a new reservation on the current level in order to return to the level you were before the downgrade.
- The 5% cash back is via PayPal or gift card through The Guestbook program.
- Early check-in and late check-out: subject to availability.
- This program is personal and non-transferable. You cannot reserve under another person’s name.
- Cannot be combined with Premier members’ promotions and/or benefits.
- Cruise discounts and benefits will apply on the cabin portion of the booking, as of the first booking after registering for the program. Applies to (1) one cabin per cruise sailing. Cabin must be booked while staying at one of our resorts or through our call center.
